2 factor authentication
So I enabled 2 factor authentication - now my question is the following. We have multiple family members with the app but the 2 factor authentication only goes to one number.

MHi, Agree with above posters. The way you have it set up is useless for more than 1 person on the account. Making it even more useless for me is I have 2 Ring accounts (hubby and I each a shared user on the other) because you will not allow more than one location per account. One is for a vacation

PAdding to the points already mentioned in this post. Completely agree Ring needs to expand support for two factor authentication to include multiple phone numbers. Even starting with accepting two numbers would likely address most concerns as you tend to have two heads of the household, though my wi

NNot having the ability to disable the 2 factor is a real nuisance. I routinely access the dashboard from multiple locations/devices withing my home (upstairs and/or downstairs and the browser on my desktop is flushed after each use which triggers your 2 factor authentication to activate when accessi

I too would like to know this. 2 factor is being pushed pretty hard for good reason but it’s useless for people where multiple persons need access- which is most people.
