The base is about 15 feet from the lock. The lock was previously paired to SmartThings, but with tech help I was able to successfully pair it to the base. A few days later it spontaneously disconnected. It's not the battery. Will it reconnect automatically eventually? If not, this is a huge problem for me and anyone that relies on Ring Security for a vacation home that is not always occupied. The existing help topic needs to be expanded to indicate the options available to get it reconnected.
