wiring keypad and base station

I am replacing an existing old wired alarm system. I am not looking to retrofit any of the old sensors, but I have existing wires ran to the locations for my keypad and base station. I want to use the ring provided power tranformers on one end of those wires and a factory connector on the other end. Where can I find the wiring pin outs and connector specs?thanks, Jim
