When will ring offer assisted monitoring?

What country are you located in and what [Ring Protect plan](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans) do you have, the Basic or Plus? I'd be happy to try and provide some helpful information once I know more. :)
