video picture blurry

Question

Hi I bought another security indoor cam 2nd gen and the video picture is blurry the only time I get a clear view is when the lights are turned off in the room, the view that I get as soon as the camera was installed are lines on the picture with a blurry effect not focusing . I bought two cameras at the same time and the both are doing the same ......... any help with this please?

Hi @user_92c429. Do you care to share a screenshot of the view the camera is seeing? Have you taken the protective film off of the lens? What is the RSSI for the device?
