Unable to add external siren to base station

Question

Hi , I live in NZ and bought a ring alarm in from US (base station, keypad and sensors) which are all working fine. I bought the Siren from Amazon UK as I heard they were not available for sale in US. However, when I try to add the siren to the base station it does not let me and says it is not supported in the country.... (can't remember the exact message). Is there no way to fix this issue?

Hi @user42053. Ring devices are region specific. This means a device purchased in the US is designed to be used only in the US. This is because different regions have different protocols for the frequencies used. This is why UK products and US products don't work with each other.
