Sensors stuck in test mode

I have recently setup my Ring Alarm, and have 4 motion detectors (2nd gen). All is working fine, apart from 2 of the motion detectors are stuck in test mode. When ever I log in to the app, or the website, it tells me they are still in test mode. Selecting to end the test mode doesn't work. Can someone pleae advise? Many thanks

    Try removing the batteries for a minute and re-installing sensor.

      Same thing happened to me. Removing the batteries worked.

        Hey neighbors, I'm glad you were able to resolve this. If anyone experiences their Motion Detector being stuck in Test Mode, first try removing the battery for a moment to power cycle the Sensor. If that doesn't work, try [resetting](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000071906-How-to-Factory-Reset-Your-Ring-Alarm-Devices) your Motion Detector and then adding it back using the steps under Set Up a Device.
