Ring Alarm
Ring disarmed through Yale lock, but call center calling
So this issue happens to me on occasion and I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience or had a solution. I have a Yale lock that I use to disarm my system and on occasion when I unlock the door and walk in, I hear the system say system disarmed but then 30 seconds later I'm getting a call from the call center asking me to confirm the cancelation of the alarm and that I don't need police. It's happened twice in the last six months and I can't figure out what could be causing it. I looked in my alarm event history and didn't see any alarm notifications other than the disarm. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
