Ring base gen 1 circular led blue and red
Today, suddenly the circular led shows one cell blue all other circle is in red. It shows online and all seems to work properly, but circle is not fully blue as it was for the last years. What could it be?

If any other neighbors experience the lights on their Base Station being stuck, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) before performing any resets. If you reset your Base Station, you may have to set up all of your Ring Alarm components again.
