Ring Alarm Station with Verizon LTE

Does anyone know where to get information on this unit. I have called and texted with both Ring and Verizon and came up with nothing. There is a location for a manual link on the Ring support page but it is plain text and not a link. I would like to know about locating the base with the LTE radio and if the base can take an external antenna. Seems like basic information. Everyone keeps sending me the pdf for the station without LTE.
