Ring Alarm Pro keeps dropping internet

Can anyone advise on a fix for Ring Alarm Pro that keeps dropping Internet? Plus, when it does drop, Cellular never kicks in!I have checked the modem and that is connected to Internet and the Cellular signal to the Ring Alarm Pro is perfect (full bars).![Screen Shot 2022-02-01 at 9.07.10 AM|690x363](upload://zGbBzL4TjN42F2Wi1UU9vY0jgmG.png)

      This is completely irrelevant to wifi connection. We have the same problem since switching to the Eero router required by Ring. You absolutely cannot tell people that dropped Zoom calls and stuttering YouTube videos are because we're not fully signed up for all of Ring's features.
