Power light on static orange

Power light is staticly orange and dooesnt become green. No factory reset was atempted its the first time we turn on the base.

Hi @user31722. If your Alarm Base Station power light is stuck on orange and not turning green, try the following steps: - Check your Base Stations power cord to verify it has no damage, and also try plugging it into a different wall outlet. - Reboot your Base Station by **Quickly** pressing and releasing the reset button at the back of the device with a paper clip or similar tool. **DO NOT PRESS AND HOLD THE RESET BUTTON DOWN LONGER THAN ONE SECOND TO AVOID FACTORY RESETTING THE DEVICE.** If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for further assistance.
