Option to arm alarm without PIN

When I have a worker at my home, I'd like to be able to have them arm the alarm when leaving.,.. Currently my only option is to give them a code -- which also gives them the ability to disarm the alarm.. Rather than having to hassle with adding/removing codes it would be nice to allow an option to arm without a code -- like most other alarm systems.
