Help!,On November 17, 2024, we deinstalled our working Netgear Orbi mesh WiFi router and expanded our Ring Alarm Pro (RAP). We purchased and installed 4 WiFi 6+s to replace our 4 Netgear Orbi satellites. After a few days, we started noticing buffering on our TVs, slowness on our hardwired computer and our laptops using WiFi. We also have Ring indoor cameras going offline as well as other WiFi devices. Each time, which is almost daily, we have to reset cameras, sometimes it’s one or two cameras, sometimes it’s twelve cameras. When doing this, we need a ladder or we need to move furniture, like dressers etc. We have followed every recommendation that Ring and Eero support proposed to us. We created and sent in floor plans, wiring diagrams, flow charts, we also provided IP addresses, MAC addresses model numbers and revision numbers. We have moved equipment around and have done many configuration changes in the RAP.We have escalated the issue at Ring, Robert, a supervisor, has stopped communicating with us and just says call Eero. We have been in contact with at least five support personnel at Eero. We are now in January of 2025 and we are still having issues with no help, customer service or support. We are paid in full for Ring Professional Monitoring, yet no help.We do not feel safe, having a malfunctioning alarm system, and cameras. We are begging for help.
