Neighbor App and Monitoring

Hello, Does anyone know how to update the address for the monitoring? I contacted support a few times and they told me it was resolved, but it’s not. When I set off the alarm at tries to send alerts to my old address. Is there a way that I can change this? I haven’t renewed the subscription because of this, it’s kind of pointless if it goes to the wrong address. I’ve had a subscription for two years and it’s awesome but it’s useless if this can’t be updated. I probably lost out on my pricing because of this. Has anyone had any issues with the neighborhood app? It never loads. I’m wondering if this is because my address is not being updated. Thanks!
