Thank you. Actually I was getting alerts in the disarmed mode. I went back and toggled them off. Not sure if I am missing something or what. It doesn't seem like that should happen when disabled.

C@PLS When the system is in a Disarmed mode, it doesn't turn off any of the sensors so you would still receive chirps and notifications unless you adjust the settings otherwise. You can toggle the alerts off on the device profile page for both Motion Detectors and Contact Sensors. The Contact Sensors will have Open and Close Alerts while the Motion Detectors will have Motion Alerts.

Hi @PLS. When you say the Motion Detectors are going off while in the disarmed mode, do you mean that you're hearing a chirp tone whenever motion is detected? If so, that is intended behavior but you can disable the chirp tones if you'd like. To do this, you'll open the Ring App \> Main Menu \> Settings \> Modes \> Disarmed \> Chirps and you can toggle it off. Note that this will toggle off chirp tones from the Contact Sensors while the system is disarmed as well. Alternatively, you can turn the chirp tone off for individual sensors if you'd still like to hear the Contact Sensors while the system is disarmed. Open the Ring App \> Main Menu \> Devices \> Alarm Base Station (only if you have a Doorbell or Camera, this will bring you to the Alarm Devices page) \> Motion Detector \> Chirp Tones and change it over to None. I hope this helps! :)
