Keypad battery low

I've only had my Ring keypad for a few months and it's already reporting a low battery. Any updated guidance out there on this topic?

    Hi @TechDH. Do you have your Keypad plugged in or are you running it solely off the battery? Which [setting](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042894911-Ring-Alarm-Keypad-2nd-Gen-Lights-and-Buttons-Explained) do you have for the lights on the Keypad?
