Italy customer support not reachable

Hi, i'm trying to reach customer support for ring from about a week, but the number for Italy [+39 800 909 723] is not working: i call, i wait about 20 secs and then the call hangs down without ringing; i've tried from different phones/numbers. Is Ring still alive? How to reach customer support?? Thanks
