Is there an external siren available for ring alarm?

I see a lot of old posts regarding the outdoor siren. Looks like there was an issue with Ring discontinuing it due to its shape and possibly cease and desist from ADT? Also see replies that a new one is being designed but no new info in almost 5 years? Is this something Ring will produce or is there another option?
