How to keep built-in alarm system connected with Ring Retrofit Kit?

I have purchased ring retrofit alarm kit and integrated with home built-in alarm system. It's working fine. However, I wanted to know if I can keep the zones connected in home built-in alarm system also (redudant) so that the opened zone number is easily visible on built-in alarm system keypad since it has distinctive zone numbers on the display. It also tells anyone inside the home if any specifc zone needs to be closed before trying to arm the Ring system.
