Home insurance provider won't accept alarm monitoring certificate

Hello, I have my Ring home security monitored and emailed the certificate to my home insurance provider. It was not accepted because it did not specifically state THE SERVICES Ring is providing me as a monitored system. Anyone else have this problem or have any suggestions? It is a major carrier too, not a small outfit. Thanks in advance.
