Hi, I’ve just fitted new battery’s to my door sensor and motion sensor, both battery’s have gone flat straight away - this is two separate packs of battery’s so I know it’s not the battery’s. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be? The sensors and within a couple of meters of the base station

Batteries should not lose charge this quickly. Even if there was distance between the Sensor and the Base Station, and the Sensor had a lot of events, it should still take days before the battery drains. Check out the steps in the article below for troubleshooting your Contact Sensor, including resetting it. https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042311972-Troubleshooting-your-Contact-Sensor-2nd-generation- If this concern persists after trying those steps, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
