Ghost "someone's at your front door" alarm notifications

I have a Ring doorbell pro (front door), Ring stickup camera (front year), Ring floodlight camera (backyard) and Ring Alarm (retrofit kit) installed in my home. The Alarm Retrofit kit is 6 months or so old, but all other units have been there for over 2 years.Everything was working correctly till a month back. Since then, I am getting ghost “someone’s at your front door” announcements from the Ring Alarm base station at least once a day. The funny thing is the doorbell doesn’t ring, I don’t get any push notifications on the phone, there’s no video recorded and there’s nothing in alarm/camera history in the app when tis happens. It's just the base station announcement.This makes me think it’s something to do with the Alarm base station. I have tried rebooting it by unplugging and plugging in the power and network cables, but that didn’t help. Any ideas what could be going on here?
