Firmware update on spotlight camera
Is anyone experiencing constant updates on their spotlight camera? I wonder if there are any trouble shooting techniques that successfully solved this problem. I’ve been in constant communication with ring support but no one seems to figure why this firmware update is causing the products to not function appropriately. They suggested that I purchase another unit and gave me a discount code. It seemed to me that ring is interested on profiting vs solving issues with their product. There is no customer care available to help with consumer’s concern. Email came from Ring staff Marlo Kyn Bunda who offered me a discount code without explaining why I need to purchase another product when the hard ware is working just fine before the update. Very poor customer service.
