CHi @user_98c3d8. When you reset the Dome Siren, make sure to do so using the instructions in the user manual. Then, follow the steps outlined here to set the Dome Siren up in the Ring app. If it is still not adding correctly, you may need to put it into Exclusion Mode first. The steps below outline how to put the Dome Siren into Exclusion mode. Follow the instructions for your Ring Alarm to remove a device. When promptedv: Remove the back cover. Press the pairing button quickly 3 times in a row. The LED Ring will flash five times, this indicates that the Dome Siren is in Exclusion mode. After that, follow the steps outlined here to set the Dome Siren up in the Ring app. Should this issue still persist, please follow up with our support team at one of the numbers here, or @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.

I am not seeing a thread for some reason. I’ve done a factory reset of the siren and it’s still showing as a binary switch. Called Ring Support and still not working. Device won’t reconfigure on my end. Any other steps I can take?
