Does plug in adapter 2nd gen work with siren 2nd gen?

I've ordered a 2nd gen plug in adapter to connect to my 2nd gen alarm siren,but can't find any mention of compatability with the siren. All that's mentioned is compatability with certain doorbells. I'm assuming there is only 1 plug in adapter 2nd gen,and I've ordered the correct product?
