Devices waiting to connect to Network

Ok, so the location manager kicked all the users off the alarm and has basically disappeared, will not answer any call etc.So we did a full reset and managed to get the base station setup as a new user, but all the devices connected but say they are waiting to connect to a network. The base station has full wifi connection.I have tried all the various reset options no go, any ideas?

Hi @user75551. If you have already tried to reset your Alarm pieces and they are still not able to join your Base Station, give our support team a call for further assistance.
