Hi @mark2312. If your Keypad is not connecting to your Base Station try the following steps: - Bring Keypad closer to Base Station when doing setup - Verify Keypad has been charged using the micro usb cable - Factory reset your Keypad and then try your setup again. To factory reset your Keypad, press and hold the pinhole reset button in the back of the Keypad for 10 seconds, until it flashes red. We also have this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042155432-Troubleshooting-your-Ring-Alarm-Keypad-2nd-generation-) with other steps to try when a Keypad 2nd Generation is failing to connect. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042141352-Troubleshooting-your-Ring-Alarm-Keypad-1st-generation-) is for the Keypad 1st Generation. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
