Can glass break sensor detect glass break if there is a wall between sensor and glass?

Hi The Ring Glass Break Sensor, Can it detect glass break if there is a wall between sensor and glass? I am planning to install it in living room. I have a bedroom attached to the living room and a way to the living room and bedroom. If I install it in living room, can it detect the glass break of bedroom which doesn't have direct way but a path which is cross?

Hi @shar_ring. The Ring Alarm Glass Break Sensor should be installed at least 7 feet off the ground and within 25 feet of any glass windows or doors inside your home. Everyone's home is laid out differently, but as long as the distance of the windows are not too far from the Glass Break Sensor itself, you should be good to go.
