Does anyone know how long the battery in a Ring Alarm Gen 1 base station is good for? When my base station goes on battery power, the battery only lasts maybe 30 minutes even if the system isn't being used. Just being idle, it lasts maybe 30 minutes even being fully charged.

Hi @user14440. Are you unplugging your Base Station frequently and leaving it unplugged? The Base Station is meant to be plugged in all the time for continuous power, as the backup battery is only there to serve as a temporary backup in the case of temporary power outages.
