Base station works its basic function except it doesn't have any sound and the top LED doesnt light up

As title states, my base station works for pairing accessories and their function works but base station doesnt have any sound, I only hear the chime, armed notification and siren on my key pad, no top LED light as well. I tried to remove all accessories, reset the base station, re-pair accessories again and still a no go. if anyone has the same issue, a solution would be appreciated.
