Hi there, @Kavery! When plugging your Base Station in and pressing the pair button, are there any lights to indicate it is in pairing mode? As you tagged an android device being used, you may need to turn location services or your GPS on for this step. When the Base Station setup has finished, you can turn the location services settings off again. Please also ensure there is **not** a vpn enabled, and that bluetooth is enabled.
