Away or home mode
If I set my alarm for home or away, if my cameras see movement I don't want the security alarm to go off in less the movement opens a door or window is triggered. So my question is how do I not let the alarm get triggered from can movement?

Hi @JJDW1970. Ring Cameras and Doorbells do not trigger the Ring Alarm. The Alarm will only be triggered if a Motion Detector or Contact Sensor is triggered. With the [Linked Devices](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035485411--Linked-Devices-Automatically-Record-on-Cameras-when-Alarm-is-Triggered) feature, you can set it so that your Camera or Doorbell begins recording in the instance that the Ring Alarm is triggered, which may be a helpful feature for you! :)
