The Arm, Disarm, Away buttons have disappeared from my phone app. How do I get them back?

Hi @HeatherBrown! As long as your Ring Alarm system is setup successfully in the Ring app and registered, these controls should show up on your Ring app dashboard. From the dashboard in the Ring app, please check the location drop down found at the top of the screen. This will allow you to select differently locations, in the case you might be viewing a location without an Alarm System. This can also be done in the menu of the Ring app. If you've confirmed your location and Alarm devices existing in your current Ring app, the arm/ disarm controls should show at the top. Please ensure this is being viewed in the Ring app, rather than the Rapid Ring app or Neighbors by Ring app. If this concern persists, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. I hope this helps! :)

Mine are gone too. What the heck? You cannot turn off and on the cameras anymore? What’s the use of having these now?

Yep, same here!!  They were there 2 days ago and then when I wanted to disarm this morning because they’re working on our front porch - all the options were just gone! Yes, my app is set up correctly - sounds like this is an issue on their end??

Same issue starting 10/15.  Reinstall didn't help.  My renewal is due soon.  Won't renew if I can't Disarm. Also has required me to sign in several times.

Hi @user38461. Make sure you have the [latest version of the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4812209807124-Mobile-Device-Compatibility-and-the-Ring-App) installed, and disable any VPNs on your phone. Additionally, ensure you are on the correct Location in the Ring app. If you're on the "All Cameras" Location, you won't see the Modes options at the top of the dashboard. If you're still unable to see the Modes options in the Ring app, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.

I am suddenly having this same issue.  I have not  able to control my devices.  I know longer have the arm, disarm and home buttons on my phone app. I have to his snooze and take a guess how long to set it.  I reinstalled my app and it did not correct the problem.

Same issue here. It is not convenient to have this armed at all times when we have constant movement around the house during the week.
