On the android Ring app I cannot arm, disarm or access any settings because the Monitoring icon on the dashboard says "Error" in red. But the iOS app works fine, as does accessing all the app's functions on my online account using a browser. Wi-fi connection to all devices is fine. I've uninstalled the android app and reinstalled it but it still says the same dashboard "Error" message under Monitoring. Any suggestions please?

    Hi @Kev2023. It's always a good idea to make sure you have the[ latest version of the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4812209807124-Mobile-Device-Compatibility-and-the-Ring-App) and of your phone's operating software. You've reinstalled the Ring app, so it should be the latest version available. Additionally, I'd recommend force closing the Ring app, especially if you've had it open in the background for awhile, and then reopening it to see if that resolves this.
