2nd gen base station doesn't come off Mobile Backup connection

Hi, my mother's 2nd gen alarm base station went onto mobile backup yesterday for some reason. Her internet connection and wifi are fine (her Ring camera and doorbell are connected). What can she do to force the base station to re-connect to her wifi router?

Hi @KevinH1. I would suggest rebooting your Base Station. You can do this by quickly tapping the pinhole reboot button on the back of the Base Station.
