1st Gen Keypad not holding charge

Hi, my keypad is no longer able to hold its charge. I’m creating this post after three full charges depleting within a day. I’ve contacted Costco and they’re able to accept my return but it’ll have to be the full set with all the motion devices. Is there a fix or a warranty replacement through Ring for the keypad? Hate to keep having to arm through the phone, please advise. Thank you

    Hi @Nai6150. You can try to reset the Keypad by using a paperclip to press and release the pinhole button on the back of the keypad. If that doesn't work, you can contact our support team to further assist with this concern.
