Amazon Alexa + Ring
Hard of hearing, can I make the Pro flash as it rings?
(I don't know what "topic: key by amazon" means but the other one didn't make sense either, also not sure what "works with ring" means either.) I have dual cochlear implants. I'm deaf when they're out, which any hearing device should be out while you sleep, imo. Can I make the Pro flash as it rings? I'd like to put one in my room where I sleep, and have it flash and play a sound when the doorbells are rung. Also, potentially I'd like to have a 2nd doorbell on my room door, that would cause it flash differently and ring different sounds. I assisted a Ring user with her home Ring security system and was impressed with it as I worked with her to get it working again. (she had just recharged her batteries, she said she thought they had lasted 4+ years, but I wasn't sure if that was realistic)

Hi @Roger_0bcbbd. At this time, you can't set any Ring devices to flash their lights based on a trigger. I'd recommend looking at Alexa-compatible smart lights. You might be able to set up an Alexa Routine to have a compatible smart light flash when someone rings your Ring Doorbell.
