Wires Ring Video Doorbell Pro - Lost Power After 30 Mins

I recently installed a ring video doorbell doorbell pro. It had power for about 30 minutes. I took my chime (which wouldn’t stop making noise before lost power) apart, and it has three wires going into a circuit (looks like it says “front”, “back”, “Conv”). I have the power kit that came with the doorbell  . The chime is broken so I’d prefer to just cut wires off the circuit and not use it. What should I do to get this to work?
