I have a problem with my 2nd Gen door bell, I can only get a RSSI 68 and reads poor WiFi connection, also just inside the front door I have the ring chime with at RSSI 35 and a ring camera in my lounge at RSSI 40, I've done just about everthing to improve my doorbell without success, does this mean it's faulty.

Hi @Wellsy. Indoor devices almost always have a lower RSSI than outdoor devices. If your Doorbell has poor RSSI, we recommend adding a wifi extender near it and connecting the Doorbell to the extender's wifi signal to help. A [Chime Pro](https://ring.com/products/chime-pro-gen2) or any other type of wifi extender can be used. We also have this Help Center [article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-and-Wifi-Signal-Strength) with information to better understand RSSI and WiFi signal strength.
