Wifi Connection Issues

I have the Ring Doorbell Pro and all of a sudden it's offline and not connecting to Wifi. I have tried the various options to fix it and nothing seems to work, or at least work long term. When I go through the reconnect process, the voice on the Doorbell will tell me "you are now connected", but when I go to verify the connection on my app it is showing as not connected.I have a wifi extender almost immediately next to it with a strong signal. My phone and other devices work perfectly fine in the same location.
