Why can't i log in via the Pc?
Good evening. For a while now, i am unable to log into my Ring account via the PC. Its a constant loop. Put in email and password. Then asked for email again and so on. Never actually going anywhere. Tried to change password. Doesn't work. Its driving me nuts. Does anyone have an idea?

I have tried different browsers and still have the same issue. VPN not switched on

Hi @Jockstar. What web browser are you using, and do you have a VPN enabled on your PC? Ring doesn't support the use of VPNs, so having a VPN enabled while accessing Ring.com could cause this looping error you're running into. Additionally, make sure you're using a [supported web browser](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/208144516-Using-Live-View) and that it is fully updated. One other thing to check if those suggestions aren't helpful would be your firewall and internet security settings. There could be something blocking Ring.com in some way, although those settings will vary depending on what you have.
