    Hi @lemcnabb24. Try the following steps for your concern: Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app. Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. Verify your Doorbell has good signal strength. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
