Weird Colors Ring Doorbell Cam

My Ring doorbell has strange color hues. It's like a bluish/purplish tinge. It happens day and night. It's just over a year old. Appreciativeof any advice anyone might be able to provide to help correct the issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Dmelly. This looks like you have Color Night Vision activated. Color Night Vision allows you to see images more clearly at night. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038559351-Understanding-Color-Night-Vision-and-Troubleshooting-Night-Vision) has some great information on Color Night Vision.
