Wedge - Ring Video Doorbell Pro

The thread on the wedge for the Ring Video Doorbell Pro is easily stripped of, my video doorbell pro is not secured tighly because the screws that came with it was short, not enough to hold the door bell and easily strips the thread. I am having hard time contacting custoner service on this. I may returm the doorbell.

      Thanks. I called, best advise is to return and get a new one. The can't send me a longer screw or a new wedge/corner kit.
