You have the option to [adjust the video recording length](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001858043-Adjusting-Video-Recording-Lengths-for-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) for your Video Doorbell or Camera. Battery-powered devices will have different options for length compared to wired devices. I hope this helps.
