Video rewinding/repeating

Is anyone else having the issue of the video rewinding then repeating the last couple of seconds? This happens multiple times in each short video. Very annoying. It started a few days ago. I have a Ring Pro, reviewing video on iOS.

Hi @Gemini52. Is this happening on your downloaded videos? Or is this when you are viewing them in your History? Check and make sure that your Ring app is up to date and that your device has a good RSSI. Also, try viewing the videos on wifi and on cellular data, to see if that changes the repeating in the video.
