Video is still black

I notice a lot of the "Black video" reports are from 2019, today August 22 I'm still getting them, my wi-fi is excellent, health is 59, I've deleted the app and reinstalled and like many others, it hasn't made a blind bit of difference, in other words it's nothing to do with anything my end, over to you Ring!
