Video Doorbell Pro problem with the button
My Video Doorbell Pro don't work like it should . It's a new one, it have never been installed before. When i push the button nothing happen, with motion it works and chime (Ring Chime in wall socket) rings. Nothing in History in the app happens when i press the button either. I have test to reinstalled it.What to do? Mvh Martin

Hi @marwik. I would make sure that you have Ring Alerts toggled ON in the Ring app. If that is toggled on, try rebooting the device by removing the Faceplate and holding the Setup Button for 20 seconds.
