Video Doorbell Elite on Cisco Catalyst C2960S

Hi Ring Community: I tried to connect my Video Doorbell Elite to a Giga port of a Cisco Catalyst C2960S without success. I also tried forcing the speed to 100 full duplex and it didn't work. I tried it on a switch with 10/100 ports without management and it worked perfectly. Could it be a bug in the firmware of the Video Doorbell Elite? Thank you very much in advance for your support.
